HOW THE ORDERING PROCESS WORKS

Creating your custom bouquet is simple:

1. Submit Your Request

Complete a short request form with details about your preferences and the recipient.

2. Order Review & Confirmation

Availability is reviewed and you’ll receive an email within 24–72 hours with order confirmation and a secure payment link.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Orders should be placed a minimum of 5 days in advance.

3. Pick-Up Scheduling

After payment, we’ll contact you by phone to schedule your pick-up time and provide complete pick-up location details.
